This project features a modified sand based rootzone enhanced with shredded carpet fibers. The rootzone material was blended off site, hauled in, and precision graded. The modified sand based soil helps to resist compaction from the constant foot traffic during events, walks in the park, and lunch breaks. The lawn areas were seeded with 100% Kentucky Bluegrass and features in ground irrigation.
