The five acre soccer complex is the former home of a factory. Both fields were graded and seeded by another contractor and after 18 months the fields were still unplayable. In the fall of 2010 Hummer was contracted to perform turf renovation services including soil testing, aeration, overseeding, and fertilization. Hummer’s customized plan had the fields playable by Spring 2011 and continued with ongoing maintenance. During Fall 2011 Hummer again aerated and topdressed the entire five acre site in preparation for spring.
